Rock ‘n’ roll addicts, we’ve spent many formative and memorable evenings, ear plugs in place, at renown rock venues. The best venues seem to have as Gibson Guitars so eloquently wrote: “…a raggedly dilapidated quality that feels part and parcel of rock music itself.”
So when renovating a venue as we’re doing right now, how do we retain its inherent authenticity, vibe, and heritage?
Designing branded, spirited, and interactive public spaces to invigorate and heighten the winery guest experience.
The proposed renovation will unify individual spaces as a singular branded environment, thereby elevating the guest experience and improve the functionality of each space. The renovation of Le Clos restaurant, the café, the cask room and the tasting took will add fresh appeal, convey an atmosphere of activity and heighten the world-class dining experience.
Classic Office with Magical Surprises
A little known fact about the Levy Restaurants President/CEO was that he loved performing magic tricks to capture the attention of clients. Classic and clever millwork with secret compartments enabled magical gift-giving, such as an illusionary handing out of sports tickets or restaurant vouchers.
Catch the Wave
The concept and identity of Burrito Beach as a Mexican Grill and Beach Club was defined, matching its goals for a large-scale rollout that catered to urban and suburban shopping locations. Catch the Wave graphic identity, social media, and signage worked well alongside the refreshing beach aesthetic.
Dining for Hungry Kids
Peanut Butter Grille is a prototypical concept developed for an established restaurateur, who saw a need to provide healthy sustenance for family dining. The deliberately entertaining concept focuses on the child as the guest, who happens to bring mom and dad along to the irresistible world on the Peanut Butter Grille.
Airport Dining Takes Flight
Orville & Wilbur’s Wings Just Right was a Levy Restaurants concept created for airport and sports arena food courts. The fun, yet focused design infused a typical counter-style experience with aviation imagery while referencing the historical magnitude of the Wright Brothers history.
A Food & Dining Frenzy
Working with the Levy Restaurants, concepts were developed for Feeding Frenzy, a food court to be located on the second level of the widely visited Ripley’s Aquarium in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. As an early foray into dining as experience, Feeding Frenzy captured visitor attention immediately with bold typography, graphics, and easy to understand food court layout. The unique food premise was designed carefully to complement the world-class aquarium experience and to maximize revenue opportunities.
