The proposed renovation will unify individual spaces as a singular branded environment, thereby elevating the guest experience and improve the functionality of each space. The renovation of Le Clos restaurant, the café, the cask room and the tasting took will add fresh appeal, convey an atmosphere of activity and heighten the world-class dining experience.

A little known fact about the Levy Restaurants President/CEO was that he loved performing magic tricks to capture the attention of clients. Classic and clever millwork with secret compartments enabled magical gift-giving, such as an illusionary handing out of sports tickets or restaurant vouchers.
